Plain terms for using Hoopbench.
Who you're dealing with
Hoopbench is run by ALGD LTD, registered in Northern Ireland (NI744090). Email [email protected].
Your designs
Only open and convert designs you own or have the right to use. Designs bought from a marketplace are usually licensed rather than sold, and the licence may limit sharing or converting them. Hoopbench never sees your files, so this is your responsibility.
What the tool does and doesn't promise
Each conversion is read back and compared before you save it, but we can't test it on your machine, thread and fabric. Formats are reverse-engineered by the embroidery community rather than officially published, so machines may treat a file differently. Stitch a test piece before anything that matters. Thread, time and price figures are estimates.
The unlock
The unlock is a one-time payment of £12. It applies to the browser you use it in, and returning to the link from your purchase unlocks another one. Your rights under UK consumer law aren't affected by these terms.
Liability
We don't exclude liability where the law doesn't allow it. Otherwise, the free tools are provided as they are, and we aren't liable for spoiled fabric, garments or machine time.
